SPANISH LABOR UNIONS EXPOSED: A PYRAMID SCHEME?

WHY ARE THESE CRONIES RECEIVING HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF HARD EARNED TAX PAYER MONEY WHEN THEY REPORT MORE THAN 10 MILLION EUROS A YEAR IN PROFIT AND HAVE ASSETS IN EXCESS OF 240 MILLION EUROS? WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, ARE SPANIARDS BLIND, PERMANENTLY DRUNK OR PLAIN STUPID?

Cronyism is partiality to long-standing friends, especially by appointing them to positions of authority, regardless of their qualifications. Hence, cronyism is contrary in practice and principle to meritocracy.

Cronyism exists when the appointer and the beneficiary are in social contact; often, the appointer is inadequate to hold his or her own job or position of authority, and for this reason the appointer appoints individuals who will not try to weaken him or her, or express views contrary to those of the appointer. Politically, "cronyism" is derogatorily used.

Meritocracy, in the first, most administrative sense, is a system of government or other administration (such as business administration) wherein appointments and responsibilities are objectively assigned to individuals based upon their "merits", namely intelligence, credentials, and education, determined through evaluations or examinations. The most common definition of meritocracy conceptualizes merit in terms of tested competency and ability, and most likely as measured by IQ or standardized achievement tests.
